NATURAL WELLBEING through HEALING MOVEMENT
Mindful movement – conscious breathing – deep relaxation
A powerful, simple method designed to restore body comfort, improve mobility, release physical and mental tension – moving out of pain and into ease. It integrates techniques to open the spine, coordinate body hemispheres, and clear blockages for a lighter, freer, and more authentic, healthy self.
The Healing Movement practice is a gentle yet powerful approach to significantly improve the function of your body as a whole, without strain, without exertion, and without pain. It contains a set of movement modalities that your body will love and want to do regularly, and over time, will transform your aches and pains into the experience of well-being, building the capacity to enjoy being in your body for as long as life lets you.
The practices are easy to follow, feel great, and rewire your movement for more mobility and agility while decreasing stiffness and pain, inviting you to become the most vital version of yourself, no matter your starting point.
By making the Healing Movement practice a part of your daily life you will
- move out of pain and into ease and fluidity
- age gracefully, with increased mobility and a better connection to your body
- find stronger balance and better posture in your body and more clarity in your mind
- build a foundation that will help you live your fullest richest life with the freedom to pursue your passions and interests with ease and joy.
In my own daily life I became aware of the power of cultivating a movement practice that my body looks forward to doing, enjoys while I’m doing it and that leaves me feeling amazing after I have done it.
For myself I want a practice that will allow me to develop and maintain a pain free, mobile and high functioning body as I age.
While other people are getting hip and knee replacements I want to be out dancing and hiking up mountains. That’s a goal I am excited to invest time and energy in achieving…especially when it feels so great to do.
By training in this way I no longer need to push myself, our use my willpower to exercise, simply because moving feels so good to do that not moving makes no sense.
The process of tuning the body, restoring it, improving its function, doesn’t need to hurt. More than that, a freedom and a joy has come into my movement experience that I want to share with the world.
Moving gently and with awareness has a phenomenal capacity to heal. And in healing our body, we transform the quality of our life.
I am very grateful to be able to explore my body, mind and spirit in this way and share this beautiful practice with you so that you may also be able to invite more happiness and joy into your life.
