You can book me as a guide or personal tutor for your retreat holidays or as a yoga teacher temporarily at your hotel, cruise ship, yoga studio or health & retreat center.
By using a set of practices and techniques – as shared with me by my teachers of yoga and spiritual wisdom – you will learn, practice and feel new ways to energize, nourish and strengthen the body, while cultivating a calm and balanced internal state.
